What interested me in this knife was the handle, which was molded in a way I haven't seen in other bread knives. I found that it fit my hand very nicely and enabled me to control my cut much more easily than with my old bread knife. The slightly curved blade also seems to make it easier to use -- it cuts more smoothly and with less slipping. For the price, it's an excellent knife, and I would certainly recommend it to others. I would give it three stars out of five.
